Is it GDPR-compliant to use for a company event?

The files are stored on servers in the EU, GPS and EXIF metadata are removed on upload, and albums require the album code to open. You can set a deletion date, and the album owner can delete any photo or the entire album at any time.

Do colleagues need an account?

No. Only the organiser needs an account. Colleagues just scan the code and type a display name.

Can we control the photos before they are shared widely?

Yes. The owner can hide or delete any photo, and AI moderation flags inappropriate content automatically.

Can we delete everything after the event?

Yes. Delete the album immediately, or schedule a deletion date – everyone who uploaded gets a notice 7 and 3 days before.

What does it cost for a company?
