As the owner you can download every photo and video as one archive in original resolution. Use a computer rather than a phone for large albums – downloading and unpacking is faster, and you avoid filling up the phone's storage.
Guests can open a photo in the gallery and save it to their phone. That way they keep exactly the photos they care about without downloading the entire album.
